Our small lot offerings rotate with their respective seasons as we highlight fresh crop coffees and the people who produce them. Not all coffees are created equally. We select coffee varieties that are carefully sorted and processed and expertly roast them to highlight their sweetness and individual flavor. We do our best to procure coffees that are produced by farmers who display distinct regard for the environment and their community. Our seasonal line will include producers who practice organic and biodynamic farming, reserve natural habitat for flora and fauna, invest in their farm workers, their families and their communities all while working to produce amazing coffees. Our tea collection continues our dedication to specialty, as each tea is hand-harvested during its respective season, from remote mountains and hailed tea gardens of the world.
