Our coffees are cupped, profiled and roasted in small batches in our East Sacramento Coffee Roasting & Tea Studio, behind our Elvas Cafe. Owner Nicholas Minton personally roasts each batch we offer, and carries decades of expertise in multiple Specialty Industries, coffee being one of them. The Mill is celebrating over 9 years in operation this year; enjoy our current selection of fresh crop & formulated coffee blends.
