Enjoy this fully traceable community lot from Huila, Colombia. This clean and super balanced coffee is produced by the combined efforts of thirty-six small producers each with their own micro mills where they harvest, de-pulp and and ferment for up to sixty hours. We love the balance of toasted caramel and sweet vanilla in this mild coffee. Another small lot, this coffee will hold a brief position in our line so grab some before its gone.
